Cancelation Policy:
We understand that plans can change and that, however unfortunate, sometimes people need to pull out of camp. We would love to make this process easy, while still allowing us to properly prepare for the upcoming camps.
Cancelations made October 1st through February 28th will be refunded minus a $50 cancelation fee.
Cancelations between March 1st through June 8th will be refunded 50%.
Cancelations after June 8th will be refunded at 25% as long as it is 3 weeks or more before the start of a given camp week.
We are unable to offer refunds for cancelations or withdrawals made 3 weeks or less before the start of camp.
